Our products are custom‑made to order.
Refunds are offered only if defective or faulty parts are supplied.
To receive a refund, the buyer must return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
No refunds are offered for change of mind or incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
Shipment Policy
All parts are made to order. Standard production time is typically 3 days, maximum 1 week depending on complexity.
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post Economy parcel service.
Delivery is only available to Swiss addresses. For international shipping, please contact us by email to receive a quote.
Customers will receive a confirmation once their parcel has been dispatched.
