• Sale of pre-designed 3D printed items

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is due at the time of order via approved methods (e.g., Payrexx, TWINT, credit card).

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped within Switzerland via Swiss Post or local courier.

• Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, returns are only accepted for defective products.

• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection.

Special Notice: The Brio‑compatible train station with personalized name is sold strictly as a decoration or exhibition piece. It is not a toy and is not certified for children’s play. No liability will be accepted for harm or damage resulting from misuse of this product.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Game Craft remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

• Customers must have rights to any designs they submit for printing.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

• Important: For the Brio‑compatible train station, liability is expressly excluded in case of harm caused by use as a toy or by children.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data is handled in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act and GDPR.

9. Jurisdiction
